Goblins in Gilfach and witches in Wattsville meet the ghosts of two fallen and forgotten heroes from World War 1, two ex pupils of Lewis School, Pengam, killed in the carnage of war.

Broken Harp follows their journey from the killing fields of France to the haunted hills of the Rhymney valleys and the myths and local legends they discovered as boys.

A group of young people today are confronted with their past and are faced with the choice of fake news or fantasy, fact or fiction.

Broken Harp is a creative collaboration with Lewis School Pengam and ChainWorks Productions, led by writer Laurence Allan to create an inspiring piece of drama and music.
